Seminar content Fear of flying:

  • What triggers your fear?
  • Learning relaxation techniques, relaxation training with the inclusion of modern music therapy to overcome anxiety;
  • Recognizing and working on the thoughts that trigger anxiety;
  • Dissolving anxiety;
  • Technical background of weather phenomena;
  • The individual technical flight procedures before, during and after the flight;
  • Accompaniment and support on a flight of your choice, for practical implementation and consolidation of what you have learned.
  • At your request, you will also be taken into a cockpit. You will be introduced to the aircraft and how the pilots prepare for the flight.

“How long does the fear of flying seminar last?”

Usually one day. On this day we have enough time to work together on the topics mentioned above and practise the techniques, and on the second day there is a flight of your choice. I will accompany you and ensure that the methods you have learned from the previous day are applied correctly.
